BBROOD Kenya is an ambitious family business that runs the traditional bakery & coffee shop trade in a modern style. In a professional way and with joy, we bake naturally tasty bread every day; implementing the traditional art of baking in a contemporary way and bringing our customers in touch with the baking experience.

BBROOD is a high-quality bakery chain originally from the Netherlands, focusing on artisan sourdough bread. All our sourdough bread are handcrafted, traditionally prepared without the use of yeast, sugar, preservatives or additives, and finally baked in a stone floor oven to produce the crusty, tasty, authentic product we are proud of. Bread in its purest form; 100% natural.
BBROOD bread is made with the greatest attention and care as each bread has the time to prove and develop its natural flavours and aromas. By naturally fermenting flour water and a touch of salt, a process that takes about 20 hours.

Our core aim and value is to make tasty, organic, accessible bread full of goodness whilst observing transparency in our operations and that of our stakeholders.
