MultiChoice Kenya (MCK) is a joint venture between MultiChoice Africa and Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC), a partnership that was cemented in 1995. Kenyan audiences have a choice of six DStv packages with a total of more than 165 channels, as well as six GOtv digital terrestrial (DTT) packages. Broadcasting 24/7, Maisha Magic Plus (DStv Channel 163) and the Maisha Magic East channel (GOtv Channel 4) are packed with compelling home-grown content, most of it commissioned by M-NET in Kiswahili. With a remarkable 75% coverage across the country, our Digital Terrestrial Television – DTT service GOtv service stands as one of the largest in Kenya. 

Additionally, our over the top – OTT service, Showmax, features a rich array of captivating local and international content, including the world’s first English Premier League on mobile plan. Furthermore, we take pride in hosting the MultiChoice Talent Factory East Africa academy—a cornerstone of Multichoice’s Corporate Social Value initiatives—dedicated to nurturing the next generation of storytellers year after year. 

About MultiChoice Kenya

DStv and Gotv customers can access sales and after-sales support at the MultiChoice Kenya Capital Centre branch. Services available include payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics and purchases, customer care support, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, self-help service techniques, installation and purchase of accessories.
